RULES:

    • Pick up an orange bandana at Information Booth if you find your dog lunging at other dogs or showing signs of being uncomfortable with humans or other canines walking by.
    • All dogs must be current on vaccinations
    • All dogs must remain on a leash AT ALL TIMES. NO retractable leashes
    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES. Parents must insist their children ask permission of the owner of any dog they wish to pet.
    • Always leave plenty of SPACE between your dog and all other dogs walking around, watching or participating in any Dog Fest Events. Some dogs will NOT tolerate being crowded or having their personal space invaded. We want ALL dogs to have a wonderful day out. A wagging tail has many meanings in the canine language. It does not guarantee friendliness
    • Please use the K-9 restroom area to relieve your dog. Bags will be providing for poop pick up. So don’t forget to pick up after your dog.
    • To relax your dog if it appears nervous, simply give it a job. Ask it to SIT, then praise/reward.
